Before your FIRST visit to The Dutch Endometriosis Center in Delft, you have to request a patient card (“patientenpas”) at the main building (patient registration). Please allow extra time for this process.

The Dutch Endometriosis Center can be contacted for questions and to schedule an appointment at 015-270 6868.
You can contact us on weekdays from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM and from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
Please have the following information ready when you call: BSN number (Burger service number; Dutch citizen number), phone number, email address, and if applicable, the ZD number (zorgdomein nummer).
For requesting repeat prescriptionsand asking short/non-urgent questions about your treatment, we use e-consultations. To do so, log in to the patient portal “My Reinier de Graaf.” You can also turn on email notifications on the portal under “My Details” so that you will be notified immediately when your request has been answered.
For urgent inquiries outside of office hours that cannot wait until the next working day, you can contact us at +31 (0) 15-270 6868, press 1 for emergencies. You will be connected to the on-call gynecology doctor’s assistant. You will then be connected to the gynecology physician assistant on duty.
The care we provide is covered by the basic health insurance (after the deduction of the own contribution set by your insurance company). If you have a natural or reimbursement policy, the applicable agreements for those types of policies will apply.

You can send a referral via Zorgdomein, Department of Gynecology at Reinier de Graaf Hospital, Delft, care path ‘lower abdominal pain’ or ‘other care requests’: combination appointment with the Dutch Endometriosis Center.
If it concerns a second opinion or urgent referral, you can mention this in the referral or you can call for a telephone consultation with the outpatient clinic.
For intercollegial consultation with one of our dedicated endometriosis gynecologists, you can call the endometriosis outpatient clinic at 015-260 3060 and ask for the on-duty gynecologist of the Dutch Endometriosis Center.
